Is it OK to take biotin and B12 together?

There is no definitive answer to this question as the effects of taking biotin and B12 together have not been extensively studied. However, some healthcare professionals believe that there is no harm in taking these two supplements together and that they may even provide some benefits.

Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in energy production and metabolism. It is also involved in the synthesis of fatty acids, cholesterol, and other essential molecules.
