How long does it take to grow breasts on estrogen?
It is difficult to estimate how long it will take for someone's breasts to grow on estrogen therapy because there are many individual factors that contribute to breast size. Generally, larger breasts require more time to develop than smaller breasts. In general, most women experience a modest increase in breast size within the first six months of starting estrogen therapy; however, some may not see any change until later in the treatment process. While every woman's body is different and will respond differently to hormone therapy, typically it takes 12-18 months for full development of new breasts on estrogen replacement therapy.
